Dr. Miltiadis Lagoudis received his DMD degree in 2012 from Semmelweis University in Hungary. He completed a full time one-year Advanced Program for International Dentists in Comprehensive Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). He then pursued a full time two-year surgical and prosthetic Advanced Program for International Dentists in Implant Dentistry (2015) at NYUCD where he also served as the Chief Resident. Upon completion of his training, he further continued his education by participating in an advanced full time one-year Implant Interdisciplinary Fellowship Program (2016) where he was the Chief Fellow. During that time, he also taught as a clinical instructor in multiple departments. In addition, he served as the President of the “Implant Study Club” which was organized on a weekly basis. The study club reviewed literature, held lectures and discussed various topics, such as implant dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, and esthetics, involving faculties, residents, and dental students. Dr. Lagoudis is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO) and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He has presented at numerous scientific meetings, published in peer reviewed journals, and has lectured both nationally and internationally. Dr. Lagoudis’s topics include Esthetics, Digital Dentistry, Surgical, and Restorative Implant Dentistry. He is also actively involved with implant companies to help innovate new designs for dental instruments. Currently, Dr. Lagoudis maintains his private practices in Ayia Napa and Paralimni in Cyprus.
