When do we use porcelain veneers?

With veneers we can correct most aesthetic tooth problems. If you experience any of the

How are Dental Veneers Applied?

The placement is usually performed in one or two sessions and is painless. It does not require
local anaesthesia, but we provide it if your teeth are sensitive. The procedure includes the
following steps:

Initially, we clean the teeth and determine the best hue for the veneers. Then we remove a very small amount of the tooth's surface enamel to create a space for the placement of the veneers.
We take your teeth impressions, so that the laboratory can create the veneers especially for you.
When the veneers are ready, we can place them on the surface of your teeth using a special adhesive, after we have carefully checked the application and alignment.

Porcelain veneers do not require any special care, other than comply with the dental care routine guidelines.

Resin veneers is an aesthetic restoration technique that can be used in the same cases as
porcelain veneers, and offer a great alternative for the improvement of your smile.

The difference between porcelain and resin veneers is that the latter are not constructed in
the laboratory, but we can use the material in the dental practice. Essentially, much like
sculpting, we mold the material to the appropriate shape and size. Naturally, we have already
chosen the appropriate hue.

Due to the restoration material, we can make repairs or modifications if need be; however,
resin are less strong than porcelain veneers and more easily absorb coloring substances.
